Not a long time ago, prices of the fuel oil were at different levels, because the excise amount for oil was regulated only by government orders and could be changed even several times in a year and its maximal value could reach the amount even up to 2000 zl/m³.

Now the excise amount is regulated by virtue of the law, in which the maximal value was established at the level of 233 zl/m³, with the possibility of being reduced. It means that the legislator is treating this fuel in more stable way, which assures users of Ecoterm Plus the financial security in the range of tax costs.
